Here we apply the open source nucleotide-nucleotide BLAST (blastn) program available on NCBI to the local Multiloci Database of Phylogenetic Markers which includes only vouchered entries. The current version of the database contains the library in total of more than 600 fragments of five markers (ITS1 and 2, two introns and one exon of tef1 gene and a portion of rpb2 exon gene) for 87 genetically characterized species of Hypocrea and Trichoderma:
